40 at 40 Project…

As we get older, we can find ourselves reflecting upon the formative moments and people who have had a significant impact on our lives and helped to shape who we are today. The “40 at 40” project is something I started a few weeks after my 40th birthday in 2023 to send 40 directed expressions of gratitude to those who had a strong impact on me and my life over the years…and to do so before my 41st birthday.

I have thinking about doing this for well over a year now, but thinking and doing are two very different things. Life is short, and gratitude is something we should not wait to share with others.

I may add my reflections on doing the project at some point here or elsewhere, but in the meantime, to be accountable, here is my present project progress:
